Our Story

For approximately three decades, Mental Illness Fellowship of Australia (NT) (MIFANT) has been dedicated to delivering programs and services for individuals living with mental ill health, as well as their caregivers and families.

Established by Joy and Michael Green in response to the need for support for their son Rory, who was facing mental health challenges. Along with a small group of mental health caregivers in the Northern Territory, they recognised the importance of creating a supportive community.
