MiPlace Program

MiPlace Mental Health Hub provides a safe and non-judgmental space for people experiencing mental health challenges to drop in for a cuppa, to socialise or participate in a variety of activities aimed at supporting participants on their recovery journey.

A place where participants can share their experiences, emotions, and challenges with others who may be facing similar issues.

Sharing with peers has helped participants develop personal growth and resilience while supporting emotional wellbeing and recovery. This sense of belonging and understanding helps reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness and promotes a sense of community and connection.

Mi Place is committed to fostering an environment of recovery, empowerment, and community support, ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors receives the support they need to thrive.

MiPlace is open to anyone over 18 who experiences mental health challenges.

We offer the opportunity for anyone to come and see the space, talk to the staff and see what it is all about.

Our drop-in centre is located at 2/273 Bagot Rd, Coconut Grove, NT 0810 and open from 9:30am to 1:00pm Monday to Friday.

For those who are supported by a NDIS go across to our NDIS page to understand how MiPlace can support you.
