Support Coordination
Our support coordination service gets your NDIS plan started by connecting you with a range of supports and services within your community. We work with you and your families/carers to ensure your supports assist in achieving the goals in your plan. We ensure any services that you engage with meet their obligations in supporting you.
Individual Support
Our workers can support you with day to day activities to build your independence and skills. Activites may include coonfidently using public transport to access your community or building everyday skills such as cooking and maintaining your home. It is your choice and decision which activities support you the best to achieve your goals.
