MiTrack Program

The MiTrack Program in Alice Springs and Tennant Creek, allows us to provide comprehensive support to children and youth, helping them build resilience and develop healthy coping strategies for life's challenges.

This program is a free service available to children, young people, and their families, emphasizing the importance of early intervention in preventing mental health issues from developing or worsening.

At MiTrack, we focus on identifying concerns early, ensuring that young people receive the support they need. Our approach includes:

  • Personalized Case Management: Tailored support to address each child's unique needs.

  • Engaging Group Activities: Hosted at our Centres, these activities are designed to boost mental health, build strength, and instill confidence.

Our team is dedicated to providing the necessary support, information, and strategies to help our participants achieve successful outcomes. MiTrack stands out by offering unique opportunities that are often inaccessible in remote Australia, such as video production, and songwriting, giving our participants the chance to explore and develop new skills.

Locations

MiTrack operates from the following locations:

  • Alice Springs Centre: 4-5 / 58 Reg Harris Lane, Alice Springs NT 0870

  • Tennant Creek Centre: 42 Paterson Street, Tennant Creek NT 0860

Our outreach team is committed to raising awareness about the prevention of mental health issues. We extend our services to the remote NT communities Elliott and Ali Curung, ensuring that young people and their families know that support is available and that we are here to help.
